IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

We have secured a block of rooms at a competitive discounted rate of $139 per night (plus applicable sales tax & fees) at Our Central Hub for the 55th Reunion weekend October 4th-5th, 2024 ... the Holiday Inn Route 66.

Making a reservation is just like any other standard hotel reservation you would make.  You secure the room with a credit card ... but it won't be charged until reunion weekend.  And there is free cancellation without penalty up until 24 hours before the check in date / time ... So there’s no reason to wait!

Two room types are available at the discounted rate for the nights of October 4^th and 5^th, 2024 ... a 1 King Bed Standard, and a 2 Queen Beds Standard.  Note:  Please be aware that the initial number of rooms available in the block are limited and will be filled on a first come / first served basis.  

• However, there may be an opportunity to expand the number of rooms in the block depending on availability (which will be easier to do the further out we are … that’s why it’s best to act sooner than later).  See additional details below about what to do if discounted rooms are already taken when you try to make your reservation.    

IMPORTANT – The following reservation process must be followed to take advantage of this special rate.  Reservations can be made two ways:

• By Phone – Call the hotel's main number at 314-821-6600 indicating you want to make room reservations and noting being part of the “Webster 55th Reunion" group or noting the group code "WHR".
• Online – Go to the following link Webster Groves 55^th Class Reunion which will take you to a web page specifically created showing rooms available at our special $139 rate, select your preferred room type and complete the booking process from there.  

In Case of Issues or Special Circumstances Regarding Room Reservations:

• Phone Reservation Problem – If, when you call, you are informed that all the rooms at the discounted rate have already been reserved, or you have other room reservation problems:
  • Ask to be transferred to our primary Event Contact Allison Mcantire (or call her at her direct line 314-620-2141).  If there is additional room availability she may be able to expand the number of discounted rooms in the block.  If it goes to her voice mail leave a message explaining the situation, indicating that you are part of our group and leave your name and phone number (Note: She may not pick up calls or messages on weekends).
• Online Reservation Problem – If you go to the link and there are no rooms appearing with our discounted $139 rate, follow the same path as noted above and call our Event Contact Allison Mcantire at her direct line (leaving a voice mail if needed).
• Extended Stays – The block of discounted rooms are set up in the system for Friday and Saturday nights October 4^th & 5^th only. Should you wish to have an extended stay of an extra night or two … pending room availability our Event Contact Allison Mcantire will try to accommodate extending the discounted rate request for additional nights on an individual basis.  Contact her at her direct line noted above (leaving a voice mail if needed).
